Description
The painting was formerly in the collection of Charles Im Obersteg, Geneva, and is now in the Thompson Collection in Pittsburgh.
Neither this poster nor its motif has been reproduced on other posters. However, a number of posters using the same painting as a motif, but executed using the gemmail technique, were published for the exhibition of gemmail works held at the Galerie Charpentier in Paris in 1946.
