Description

When Picasso painted this picture, he was living with Fernande Olivier. He had already begun his pink expressionist period. The work reproduced on this poster is large in size. It is better known as: Acrobat on a Ball, Girl Balancing on a Ball, Acrobat and Young Gymnast. This painting, related to The Family of the Salltimanques, was sold to the Russian collector Ivan Morosov for 13,500 French francs in 1913.
