Interpretive representation of a lithograph made by Charles Sorlier from the left section of an original lithograph taken from “Daphnis and Chloe”, the masterpiece of color lithographing that Chagall created as a favor to his publisher and friend, Tériade (1958-1961).
This poster was printed for an exhibition at the Grand Palais in Paris, in which the publications and works of the artists associated with Tériade and the magazine Verve were exhibited.
